Everything you need to know about Super 8 wedding videography
Unlike digital cameras or phones, Super 8 records onto physical strips of 8mm-wide film (where the 8 in Super 8 comes from). It records about 2 to 5 minutes of footage per roll of film. After it’s shot, the physical film strip is sent to a film lab (I have mine processed locally here in Colorado!) to be developed. The lab sends me back a digital file, which I splice and dice myself, set to music, and share back with you.
